2. Place in microwave and heat for 2 minutes 15 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pouch, let it cool for 30 seconds, and pour the contents onto a plate.

Yes! Except for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Boxes and Military APO Boxes. All orders placed from Sunday to Saturday midnight (11:59 PM PST) weekly will ship out the next week's Tuesday only except there’s a holiday, it will ship on Wednesday.

Shipping is free. We ship products Next Day Air and two day air via UPS.Yes, you can customize your bundle or select one of our preset bundles.

Your order will take a maximum of 2 days to arrive from the day it is shipped. You will receive a notification on the email address or phone number that you provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.
The shipping options factor the shipping speed ONLY i.e the time it takes for the order to arrive at your doorstep from the shipping monday and doesn’t include PROCESSING TIME.

Instructions can be communicated to the courier by creating a UPS My Choice Account. This account gives you control to modify the following:
Reroute packages to a convenient UPS Access Point for pick-up.
Change delivery/destination address.
Personalize shipments.
Include delivery instructions such as buzz codes, etc.
Track and manage multiple packages.
Receive real-time email/sms alerts.
Please note some of these changes incur charges through UPS.

The dry ice is packaged at the bottom of the box, underneath the product in order to keep our products frozen. Protect your hands with gloves or a towel before removing it from the box. Skin exposure to dry ice can cause burns. Move to a well - ventilated area (away from pets and children) and allow it to evaporate.
Additional Notes:
Do not put dry ice in water or a trash can.
Do not place the dry ice remnants in your freezer. This will damage your freezer.
Dry ice should be disposed & not reused - Please refer to disposal instructions.
